Who Actually Vapes? Find Out Which Celebrities Vape.
Who Actually Vapes?
Even celebrities might need help when it comes to quitting smoking.
It may surprise some that vaping has reached celebrity status. But it should come as no surprise considering the popularity of vaping and how it has risen to mainstream status over the last few years. And why shouldn’t they too enjoy the benefits of vaping? Vaping is a much less harmful method of taking nicotine than smoking, which makes it particularly helpful for those looking to quit cigarettes.
Stop smoking with the help of vaping
Many thousands of people in the UK have managed to successfully quit smoking thanks to vaping. Backed by the NHS and experts with evidence that continues to push the benefits of vaping, including evidence that suggests vaping is better than nicotine replacement therapy.
Although the media can try and portray vaping as a harmful practice either akin to or worse, than that of smoking, the truth is cigarette smoking is truly a lethal habit. There are thousands of harmful carcinogens present in cigarettes, let alone the tar and carbon monoxide in the very smoke you inhale from them. Many of these are cancer-causing or have very serious health implications. Nicotine is not one of them.
Although there are some negative effects caused by nicotine, these are much more minimal in comparison to the rest. Nicotine is predominantly demonised due to its sheer addicting capabilities. And it is because of the addicting nicotine, that many smokers struggle with quitting, thanks to the unpleasant withdrawal symptoms or simply missing the pleasing benefits of nicotine.
So, it should come as no surprise really that some of the celebrities who smoke, have made the decision to switch to vaping.
